Dress Code STAFF Application

Are you in college or beyond and interested in dress code reform advocacy? Or are you a current student hoping to make a difference on a national level? We’re building a team of passionate young people combatting school dress codes through advocacy letters, research, lobbying, and policy work. This team will work closely with The Ruth Project’s leadership staff to respond to reports of sexist dress codes and proactively challenge sexist dress codes. This team may also be involved in conducting research on school dress codes.

We’re asking for a volunteer commitment of 3-4 hours per week. Individuals who are passionate about feminism, good team workers, and excited to learn will do best on this team. Interest in policy, law, lobbying, or research is suggested.
